What to EXPECT

The Vita Load Navigator Onboarding and Training programs
are designed to familiarize users with the Vita Load Navigator (VLN) and equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to use it safely and effectively.

As the onboarding proceeds, participants will be taught VLN anatomy, inspection criteria, control modes, safety
considerations, best practices for rigging, and real-life use
cases.

Our committed Vita team offers comprehensive support for shipping arrangements, pre-arrival preparations, on-site training, rigging recommendations and post-training
assistance to ensure a seamless experience.

ONBOARDING & TRAINING TIMELINE

PRE-ARRIVAL OF UNITS

Vita team supports shipping arrangements and pre-arrival preparations.

UPON UNIT ARRIVAL

Client completes inspection checklist and charge unit.

ASSEMBLY DAY

If required, Vita team completes on-site assembly of unit.

1ST DAY TRAINING

System familiarization and hands on training lifting loads followed by classroom format for Q&A. Vita trainer shadows users as they operate the equipment. Complete process and provide certificates.

2ND DAY TRAINING

Vita trainer shadows users as they operate the equipment.

POST TRAINING SUPPORT

Regular check-ins by Vita support team who stays engaged for post training assistance.
